Weekday mornings, I'd meet two co-workers at an intersection not far from where I lived and we'd bike in to work.  Fifteen degrees was our threshold.  If the temperature dropped below 15, we'd abandon the bikes that day. Working on the story, the reporter who wrote the  piece called me.  As the reporter briefed me about the story, I remembered an interview on the national news a few years ago.  The story was about a person who is Deaf in custody for an alleged crime. She plans to use the stickers on public signs and on public services that use the word handicap.  For example, a sign in a parking lot that says handicap parking.  The accessible sticker would go over the word handicap.
